Mrs. Adefope graduated with a degree in Law from the University of London and a Masters degree in Law from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

She has deep knowledge of law having practiced in Nigeria and the UK. She was at one time an Executive Director at Grand Union Assurance Ltd., the Managing Director, Agbara Estates Ltd., a foremost private estate company in Nigeria and later an active partner with George Etomi and Partners.

She is currently the Group Counsel to GHI Assets Ltd., an asset management and venture capital company.
